DESCRIPTION:4th and 5th graders are invited to join Dave and Heather at Bla
 ck Moshannon State Park to learn Outdoor Cooking Basics.\n\n\n\nCub Scout 
 Webelos will complete their Cast Iron Chef Adventure Loop.\n\nGirl Scout J
 uniors will complete requirements 1\, 3\, and 4 for their Simple Meals bad
 ge and requirements 2 &amp\; 3 of their Camper badge. Girl Scout Juniors w
 ho pick the overnight option would be able to complete the entire Simple M
 eals and Camper badges.\n\nYouth will plan a balanced lunch from available
  options\; learn how to cook over a camp stove\, a campfire\, and in a Dut
 ch oven\; as well as how to safely build\, maintain\, and extinguish a fir
 e.\n\nLunch is included in the cost of registration. Please be sure to inc
 lude any dietary restrictions or allergies in the registration comments.\n
 \nRegistration is limited to 8 youth and advanced registration is required
 .\n\nThe cost of the day program is $10 per scout if registered before Jul
 y 24 and $14 for late registrations.\n\nAll minor children must be accompa
 nied by responsible adults. There is no charge for supervising adults.\nOv
 ernight Camping\nAttendees can optionally camp overnight for an additional
  fee. Campers will learn to cook the additional following meals:\n\n 	Dutc
 h oven dessert on Friday evening\n 	Breakfast Saturday morning\n 	Dinner S
 aturday evening\n 	Dessert Saturday evening\n 	Breakfast Sunday morning\n\
 nCampers staying overnight Friday are responsible for their own Friday eve
 ning supper. All other meals are included in the registration costs.\n\nCa
 mpers must provide their own tents and camping gear. Cooking and camp kitc
 hen supplies will be provided.\n\nThere is no charge for supervising adult
 s. We will reach out to registered groups to confirm adult information inc
 luding dietary restrictions prior to the event.\n\nRegistration for overni
 ght will close at midnight on July 23.
