DESCRIPTION:Confident Camper Foundation will be running an American Red Cro
 ss Wilderness First Aid Certification Course November 6-8 at Camp Anderson
 .\n\nDesigned for scouts and scout leaders\, outdoor enthusiasts and anyon
 e who works or spends time in remote environments\, this course teaches ad
 vanced skills to be used in emergencies when help from professional first 
 responders may be far away. Based on the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness 
 First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines\, this course aligns with OSH
 A’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.\n\nPrerequ
 isites for Wilderness First Aid training include:\n\n 	Students must posse
 ss a current CPR/AED certification\n 	Students must be at least 14 years o
 ld by the last day of class*\n\nParticipants will camp overnight at Camp A
 nderson and should pack as if they were going on a 2 night backpacking tri
 p. Camping is in tents.\n\n*Minors should be accompanied by a responsible 
 adult to stay overnight\n\nThe cost for this course is $100 for WFA only o
 r $125 for both WFA and CPR/AED. Meals are not included.\n\nCPR certificat
 ion will be run Friday evening with WFA beginning Saturday morning. WFA on
 ly participants are not required to be present for the CPR certification p
