DESCRIPTION:Confident Camper Foundation will be running an American Red Cro
 ss Wilderness First Aid Certification Course December 3rd - 5th at Camp An
 derson.\n\nDesigned for scouts and scout leaders\, outdoor enthusiasts and
  anyone who works or spends time in remote environments\, this course teac
 hes advanced skills to be used in emergencies when help from professional 
 first responders may be far away. Based on the Boy Scouts of America Wilde
 rness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines\, this course aligns wi
 th OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.\n\nP
 rerequisites for Wilderness First Aid training include:\n\n 	Students must
  possess a current CPR/AED certification\n 	Students must be at least 14 y
 ears old by the last day of class\n\nParticipants will camp overnight at C
 amp Anderson and should pack as if they were going on a 2 night backpackin
 g trip.\n\nThe cost for this course is $85 for WFA only or $125 for both W
 FA and CPR/AED. Meals are not included.\n\nDiscounted registration for CCF
  Members will open on August 1st and run through August 31st. Members must
  be logged in to register during early registration.\n\nRegular registrati
 on will open on September 1st and run until November 26 or when the cours
